EventHabitat Affiliate Agreement: Sponsors & Ticket Sales Agents

By checking the agreement box, affiliates acknowledge and agree to the following terms for participating in the EventHabitat Affiliate Program as an Event Sponsor or Ticket Sales Agent.
1. Eligibility & Commitment
Sponsors must be a registered business or authorized representative to qualify.
Sales Agents must actively promote and sell tickets through approved channels.
Commitment: Affiliates must adhere to event schedules and sales targets as agreed.
2. Responsibilities & Conduct
Professionalism: Maintain ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
Compliance: Follow EventHabitat’s pricing policies, marketing guidelines, and sales terms.
Accountability: Unethical practices or failure to meet commitments may result in removal from the program.
3. Payments & Commission Structure
Sales Agents earn commissions per successful ticket transactions.
Sponsors must meet financial commitments based on their agreement.
Payouts will be processed according to the agreed schedule.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any concerns regarding sales, commissions, or sponsorship terms should be addressed with EventHabitat support.
EventHabitat reserves the right to make final decisions on disputes.
